All sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at LADYJULIETTES'SHOUSEOFROSES@GMAIL.COM with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Lady Juliette’s House of Roses reserves the right to deny any replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.
